Surveying Services

Since the founding of its predecessor in 1965, the firm has provided various types of surveying services to Municipalities, Developers, and individuals in Pennsylvania, Ohio & West Virginia. Listed below is a summary of some of the types of surveys provided by our organization. Feel free to contact our firm to receive a proposal for your upcoming needs.

Boundary Survey - includes courthouse research and the retracement of previously established property lines. Also, preparation of plat of the parcel surveyed.

Topographic Survey - includes location of natural and man-made features within a defined area. Also, preparation of plat depicting the items surveyed.

ALTA/ACSM Survey - includes a detailed investigation of the title report, prescribed easements and right-of-ways and location of various features as required from Table 'A' of the ALTA/ACSM Survey Requirements.

Subdivision - includes the establishement of new lot lines from a prescribed parcel and preparation of a subdivision plat for review and approval by the appropriate Agencies.

GPS Survey- includes the determination of Latitude and Longitude or State Plane Coordinates for various points as described for location. This survey is performed utilizing specialized survey grade global positioning survey equipment

Flood Elevation Certificate - includes the determination of the elevation of a structure or property relative to a designated Flood Zone utilizing the established reference benchmarks from the Flood Map.
